Pantai Beringin

Beringin Beach is situated on the South-East side of Langkawi, near the town of Kuah. It is a quiet secluded bay with a small beach, lined by swinging coconut palm trees and surrounded by magnificent cliffs. It also features tropical tree stumps at its ends.

Pantai Beringin is also popular as Banyan tree as some holy tree was seen growing on the nearby cliff. This beach site is popular amongst the surfers and much surfed because of its steady barrels and high tides. It gets very busy during the peak season but having only one small take off point is not very favorable.

It also features a resort The Beringin Beach Resort facing the bay of Pantai Beringin. It gives a spectacular view to all the guests staying here from their chalets. As the resort is nestled among lush, tropical gardens and the soft, rolling waves touches the white sandy beachfront.

They offer many activities like Jungle tracking, day-canoeing; Island Hoping, beach games and other facilities can also be arranged on demand, like having your own barbeque. The hotel provides a round-the-clock room service and serves delicious Malay cuisine. This place gets very deserted when the resort is closed leaving it a calm relaxing spot for some peace of mind.
