The Datai Bay

Datai Bay concealed by rainforest is located on the north Coast of Langkawi Island. It is about 30 km away from Langkawi International Airport. The milky white beach offers dazzling sights as it is surrounded by lush green forest andcrystal-clear turquoise waters.

Fronting the beach you have a terrific view of a small, uninhabited Island of Pulau Anak Datai, located in the state of Kedah. You can even view Thailand’s coast-line across the horizon on a clear day.

Some of the island's most expensive and fancy resorts are located here. The other most prominent feature is the stunning 18-hole Championship Golf Course Datai, a part of The Datai Bay Resort, one of the exclusive resorts.
